Massimiliano Bordoni (male) received the M.S. degree in 2011 in Applied Geological Sciences and the Ph.D. degree in 2015 in Earth Science, from the University of Pavia, Italy. Since 2016 till January 2019, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences of the University of Pavia. Since March 2019, he is Research Fellow in Engineering Geology at the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences of the University of Pavia.
He has been author and co-author of 29 journal referred papers and 39 papers/abstracts in peer-reviewed conference proceedings/book chapters (100+ citations). The main research interests deal with: the hydrological-geotechnical monitoring of landslides; the assessment of landslides hazard and risk by means of data-driven and physically-based models; the role of the vegetation in landslides susceptibility; the use of A-DInSAR data for landslides monitoring; the development of geological-geotechnical models.
